They either need to incentivize regular trials somehow or add Trust/Duty Support them

Been slowly pushing an alt character through the MSQ and after finishing ShB I realized something... the queue for trials kind of sucks. ARR is fine because you get some people in through leveling and even if it didn't, you have duty support options for them.

Everything past that though... The waiting times were horrible. Imagine waiting 40+ minutes for a trial as a healer no less. Wasn't every time of course, but it happened to quite a few trials.

It basically got to a point where I started putting trials off if I reached them and I was more than three hours before or after a daily reset.

As much as I enjoy this game it's a bit inaccessible or inconvenient if you're not playing during popular hours.

Reset is at 11am est (NA). If you are trying to do them at 9am to 1pm then yes you will probably struggle especially if its a weekday. Probably even a weekend as well as people like to sleep in or go out to places for the weekend. I’ve never had issues getting the trials done though if I try at a reasonable time.

I've never had any type of queue problems for trials in game. Are you sure you're doing a msq trial or an optional one like Hildrebrand's?

Let me tell you, the only content with HUGE queue times rn are the NieR Raids.

When I went through the game as a tank many years ago, 40 minute queues were normal, especially for trials. It's only roulettes that they usually get instant queues for and people forget this.

I've done it on alts since and the queue times get worse as you get higher level. The worst is the last trials because less people do trial roulette at max level. Every level 90 trial and the ones near level 90 are harder to get, especially in the the data center's morning time. It was actually faster for me to get 510 gear and spend 40 minutes soloing Lakshmi on GNB in Shadowbringers.

Unfortunately the entire Roulette system is a scam and its more XP/Time to just queue highest dungeon instead of roulettes.

The while system needs a rework, Give me a reason to queue trial roulette once i've maxed all my jobs.

i find if you use pf and ask people to help with a clear they often will. How I do it with my alts.

Trials need a better reward.

If I want green currency I could just farm extremes and get hella, if I want gil/red currency can join leveling duty.

I ddont bother with trials or raids due to how long they take compared to reward

There are just too many trials in this game and they require too many people.

And they got more difficult.

You do them once for completion, barely learned any mechanics and then it pops again 6 months later in roulette and it's a wipefest again.

Why bother with that roulette anymore? The rewards are way too bad for the 30 minutes wipefest which you will likely end in.

There needs to be a better reward so people actually farm the normal trials and learn the mechanics. And / or they should be changed into 4 man content so the roulette can fill the content faster.

Alliance and frontlines gives about half a level for 15 mins of work

Trial roulette isn't too bad in terms of time commitment, but yeah, I don't queue it the majority of the time. I will on occasion if I see it as healer in need or something.
