Assuming you completed all of the MSQ content including Storm's Crown, go to the Wandering Minstrel in Old Sharlayan and unlock Storm's Crown (Extreme).

Then open your character window and check your item level. If it's not item level 610, you should aim to get it this high as soon as possible. You can buy High Quality 610 gear from the market board in Old Sharlayan if you have enough gil.

If you don't have enough gil, you can do the last 4 Pandaemonium normal raids (they are easy, don't worry). They drop items you can exchange for 610 gear, but you can only get 1 drop per floor per week. I recommend getting the rings from the last 4 floors (for a total of 4 rings). You can exchange these for 4 accessories at Radz-at-Han. That covers most of your right side in 610 gear and you can get the rest next week.

The next thing you can do is cap your weekly Causality tomestones by doing Expert roulette or more Fell Court of Troia. You can get 450 of these a week and exchange for one piece of 620 gear a week, effectively, at Radz-at-Han. Check your currency window to see how many you have.

Once you have got as close to 610 as possible, the next step is to meld materia. You can get materia by exchanging Cracked Anthoclusters at Radz-at-Han by the Materia Melder. You can get Cracked Anthoclusters by doing the leveling and alliance raid roulettes as the level 90 adventurer role in need, or by fighting level 90 hunts in a party. Hunts drop Sacks of Nuts, which you can exchange for materia at Radz-at-Han or Old Sharlayan by the hunt boards. You can also buy materia from the market board if you have the gil. You can meld it at a Materia Melder, which shows as a blue orb on the map. The materia usually recommended is Critical Hit (Savage Aim X), Direct Hit (Heavens' Eye X) then Determination (Savage Might X). If it will exceed the start cap on that piece of gear it will show as red.

After that, you can buy a stack of high quality food from the market board such as Carrot Pudding and then buy a stack of high quality Grade 7 Tincture of Intelligence. Search for Grade 7 and you will see the ones for all classes. If you play a caster such as Summoner, Intelligence is the right one, but if you play a healer it is Mind, if you play a tank or melee DPS it is Strength and if you play Ninja, Machinist, Bard or Dancer it's Dexterity.

When you enter a raid, you use the food and it lasts for 30 minutes. It boosts your stats and your health so it helps your party. Tinctures boost your damage temporarily for 30 seconds. You can use them once every 4 and a half minutes. You can use them up to 3 times in a fight usually, but eventually bosses start to die before the third one can be used. It's only worth using tinctures when you think you might defeat the boss, so if you aren't getting the boss health to 20% it's probably not worth it.

To start learning Storm's Crown (Extreme) you can open Party Finder and go to the High-end Duty tab. Look at the tags in front of a party.
[Practice] means they expect to die and learn from those deaths. They don't expect to clear so they are usually very friendly and chill.
[Duty Completion] usually means they expect to clear within a few tries. They have usually seen most of the fight but didn't manage to beat it yet.
[Duty Complete] does not let you join if you haven't defeated it.
[Duty Incomplete] does not let you join if you have defeated it. It's used for blind runs in the first week when a lot of people haven't completed it yet.

Read the description to see if there are additional requirements. The party leader might want you to be up to a certain phase. So if it says "phase 2" and you haven't been into it yet, they might be upset. If you haven't seen any of it yet, look for a party that says "fresh prog". If they ask you to watch a guide, they mean to search for the name of the raid on youtube and watch a guide for the mechanics.

Your goal should be to get a 615 weapon from Storm's Crown (Extreme). Once you have that you can try Pandaemonium savage. You unlock that at Aporia in Labyrinthos if you have done the story version of it. Getting into the savage version is the same. Check Party Finder.
