Steps:
1. Menu to go into additional chambers in my free company house asks me if I want to purchase a room for 300 000 gil despite the fact I own a room in it.
2. I can go into the room I own but I cannot edit it by accessing through housing menu
3. I made 2 reports already

4. only one was addressed immediately, the other one was just instantly accepted with no follow up and all I get in response to an in game support ticket is bot responses to make a bug report for my bug report. I am so so tired of this and at this point , please just manually demolish that room or something, I don't care about the furniture in it at this point . Just do something its been so long .... I can't even make a support ticket to the support center since my region , south east asia is not supported by the online ffxiv support team. It has been a most frustrating problem and has severely affected my gameplay and enjoyment of ffxiv since housing is what I mainly do when I am subscribed to this service . I give full consent to the vacating of my free company room chambers regardless of what is still in it at this point. I'll just buy a brand new one after .....
