I checked my SDD with chkdsk (no errors) and checked my RAM with memtest86. RAM was full of errors! Will update if that was the fix when I get my new RAM through Corsair's RMA.
In the meantime, you can mitigate any further errors while waiting for the RMA process to go through before mailing them off. In your BIOS, can drop your ram speeds and raise voltages a bit. SHould offer a bit of additional stability for the time being.

Chozo thanks - I have successfully re installed the client! The RAM was unquestionably the issue. Great to finally have the issue resolved - thanks all.
