You know, it might be interesting to add HW's final dungeon to MSQ roulette and make the big pre-boss cutscene unskippable. Also IIRC there's a cutscene in the middle of the boss before they form ascian prime? I can't recall if that was a thing, but I do remember not getting to watch the pre-fight cutscene because my party instantly pulled. So if, cutscene included, it came at all close to being the length of the Ultima weapon fight or castrum, that might be a nice thing. But I haven't run it in a while, so it might just be too short overall even with cutscene?
