    Can we please get a random map rotation?

    This whole play the same map for 1.5 hours is getting old, especially when the absolutely garbage wind map is in the rotation. I can tolerate that map in a random map rotation, but having to look at it for 1.5 hours in this stupid timed map rotation schedule just irks me.

    While I disagree about C9 the random rotation would help in a lot of ways such as reducing the number of people who queue dodge for the duration of <insert map they hate here>. This is a pretty big problem on primal.

    Compared to a map with flanks in a game that has restricted chat and another map that breaks LoS to shit and has giant sections of the map that are covered in a deadly aoe that can fuck over momentum/reverse pushing or overtime crystal control, I'd rather deal with just saving guard for a mechanic that happens one time and not every 5s.

    Its not even the wind mechanic that bothers me (though I do think its a terrible system both the wind and the volcano, but at least the volcano has better ways to deal with the bombs). Its the in general design of the map and just how obnoxiously open it is. Even at the choke points the areas are still insanely open with little LoS.

    Why would they make every map able to trash Healer and Ranged casts? Volcano trashes casts the entire match, Stadium is half and half based on the middle of the map vs. a choke point, C9 is literally the finishing piece that actually gives them favorable performance. Unless every map is gonna be like Stadium, I'm not for changes.

    What? lol. A good caster/ranged will love the volcano map just because they will have easy ways to LoS and get away from people when they need to run away and kite. Wide open field is easier to target people, but you're also an easy target.

    A good caster/ranged should be so far in the backline you don't even get targeted besides by a NIN/MNK purely looking for you alone, in which case you're not LoS'ing a melee nor kiting away. I have not seen a single BLM or BRD or MCH do better on Lava than they do on Stadium or C9. That is flat out the worst performing map for anyone with a cast that I have seen.

    The wind map is the fun map for ranged and the volcano map is the fun map for melee (and dancer).
