Forum Level Requirement?

Good day! I've very likely missed it, but I've read through the stickied posts here and asked in the Novice Network to no avail. I haven't posted here in a while, but I've had a terrible case of restartitis. 10th level is the highest level that I have currently. I'm paying for a subscription. The message that I get when I try to post outside of New Player Help is as follows:

New forum post cannot be made due to either you have reached to your daily limit or your main character's level is not high enough.

Can anyone tell me what level is required to post in the rest of the official forums here, please?

If you have a higher level on a different job, set that job as your character's main job in your forum profile.

Use the Settings link in the top banner of the forum, then Edit Character on the left bar.

Thank you for the reply. Currently, 10th level is my highest, so I can't post a new thread. The following link provided the details that I was looking for. 25th level to start one new thread per day, for instance.

Thank you for that link, I didn't know a lot of that, but unfortunately it is to an old posting that is not completely correct anymore. For example, the "15 minutes between posts" limitation is clearly not in force at the moment; the 20-posts-per day still is I think.

I could not find a more recent post about this though.

It just doesn't like low levels. I don't know which level it wants but until then, you could post here since this is an appropriate forum for new players. It would be difficult to give much of an informed opinion on the topics in the other forums when you've never exceeded level 10.

Apologies for the *very* dated link and information found there. It turns out that it's no longer accurate at all. I've since leveled a class to 16th level and still can't add replies outside of here. If it were accurate, I should have been able to start posting up to three replies each day. This is somewhat frustrating, as I rather enjoy doing as much content as possible for each class and normally try fairly hard to spread the experience out. I get that most players can probably reach 30th level in less than an hour, but it takes me considerably longer.
