Music discussion, possible spoilers

I wanted to ask about songs with a similar make up to Footfalls. It starts out quiet, and turns into a head banger (sort of) in the second half.

Are there any songs like this outside of Square Enix? Bonus points if it’s an Anime opening, but not required. Language is irrelevant, as long as it sounds great; many of my favorites are either Korean or Japanese.

My soul for you, Beyond the time, and Again are all amongst my all time favorite songs. Anime/japanese game music always hits differently because they usually are part of a LP or single.

I know you said outside of Square Enix but I still feel compelled to mention Bravely Default's ending theme, it sounds exactly like what you're asking for and it's a fairly obscure title within their repertoire so why not
