massive drop in FPS after 6.2

can somebody tell me its not just me? and that im not crazy? cause everyone i seem to talk about this in game has no idea what im talking about.
i used to run 130-140 fps on max settings but after 6.2 it went down to ridiculous levels like 40-60. and after the second hotfix maintenance they did it went back to normal for a day....now im back to 50-80. and nobody else seems to have this issue except me.

I have a similar issue... but the FPS here randomly drops to around 10-20 for few seconds, in duties only. Tried reinstalling the game, disabling overlays... even formatting my pc, to no avail. I'm kinda done.

i also noticed the game takes much longer to launch now when you push play in the launcher

Anyone facing this issue happen to be using a controller? I'm running a 3070Ti with my FPS locked to 85, but when it drops it drops to 18-20fps. This happens me in instances from time to time and when it happened today I realised that when it does happen, it's happening whenever I hold down L2 on my controller. Then the problem disappears after some 10-15 minutes. I don't understand why, but this only happened to me ever since 6.2 came out.
