Mogstation unable to progress

This happened for some time
Whenever I wanted to access certain pages like card/crysta payment I always redirected to the login screen
Is this some kind of bug?

Update (sort of):
This happened to SE account as well where certain progress on page would lead back to login page
This has more hope to reupdate my sub but would still be a hassle

Can't speak for your experience, but it doesn't seem a bug when it happens to me.
I think they just want to make sure the person is authorized to make the sale, and not (for example) someone who happened to wander by while the actual account owner was in the bathroom or something.

Ah it's more like that whenever you want to access home world transfer but instead of directing to the option the page just showed the login screen

I encountered several times that I had to do the captcha image

Just spitballing, could be a setting on your browser is preventing the site from storing persistent info about you.
I'm using Edge with UBlock origin and the browser's generic high privacy settings.
But I also use the One-Time Password app from SE, which not only the game but the Lodestone and MogStation all require when you have it, so I may be treated differently than you.

The issue you have described could be due to either a billing or a browser issue. As such, I would advise reaching out to the SQUARE ENIX Customer Support Center for further assistance if the issue still persists. As the account in question is a European account, please contact the European SQUARE ENIX Support Center for further assistance, as they may be able to provide more insight and troubleshooting for the issue you are currently experiencing on the Mog Station.
