Your job doesn't thank you for doing the bare minimum to not get fired. The devs don't get a gold star for doing what the fuck they're supposed to do. When they mess up, I call them out on it. When they do something awesome, I give them props for it. End of story.

Let's hope it's the bare minimum, we need another ARR type of reboot. It would be a good way to address a lot of issues!
