Skippable Dialogues in Main Scenario Roulettes

It's skippable because the only point in locking the others down is to keep the group together and stop people from beginning a fight while others are still watching the cutscene before it. There's no good reason to still keep other people locked down after the final boss is defeated.

If people want your commendation, they can wait for you. If you're desperate to send someone a commendation you can wait for them. It's too niche a situation to make everyone watch the cutscene every time they run the dungeon.
