Remove Spellspeed

Minor Suggestion,
Remove Spellspeed, merge Attack Speed and Spell Speed into just "Skill Speed"
Similar to "Critic Attacks", there is no "Spell Critical Attack"

why? Because some jobs have spells and don't get any bonus from skillspeed.

So basically just Speed.
