TLDR: "Freedom of Speech, not Freedom of Consequence".The first amendment, or "freedom of speech", gives an individual the right to express themselves without the government coming at them. It doesn't protect you from getting backlash from your peers when you spout idiotic ideas, nor does it protect you from getting banned on a website, owned by a corporation, when you break their rules.
Not to mention how the First Amendment only applies to the United States, not everyone in here is even American.
