Can't reclaim Summer Sunset gear?

Exactly what it says in the title.
When I got the achievement "Ever Dependable Grandmentor" from the last Moonfire Faire event, I noticed that the Summer Sunset gear doesn't show up at the Recompense Officer.
A little weird, I thought, but probably something that will be added soon.
Well, I checked up on it, and it's still not there. I'm not sure what's going on, but I'd like to be able to get a second copy of the Summer Sunset Bottoms and I can't right now.
Any idea why this might be happening?

I'm fairly sure those npcs get manually updated with previous event gear in later patches, so you probably won't see it on the npc until at least 6.25
