I would like to say i am a long time fan and have played your games for as long as ive been gaming so about 20 years. I recently started playing FFXIV about a month ago and despite what everyone has been saying, i am enjoying myself. There are alot of confused players right now & i think that should be one of the main things fixed, showing people around. Most players quit before rank 15, thats hardly anything experienced just confused. Once players figure out the uniqueness of the game and the depth of the character growth they might tune in on a different frequency. I think you guys are getting the right idea as far as gameplay goes & im sure the game will turn out just fine. But you guys just need to make some user friendly tutorials, you know, pull out mog and some cheery music and tour the new guys around, the climate just isnt there. All new game glitches aside, just Make it final fantasy thats all i ask thank you!
The game itself is very unique, however the classes are not. This is my biggest issue and it isn't from the lack of understanding the system but from understanding the system too well.
