Triple Triad Card Bug

I can’t find any information on this elsewhere, or if it’s supposed to be happening, but in every duty I receive a triple triad card despite never rolling on them or sometimes not even seeing them dropped as loot. Every duty roulette alliance run I have a Xande card appear in my inventory, despite never rolling on it and I already have the card redeemed. It happens in dungeons too, though not all. I have to manually discard the cards after every duty.

Thats not a bug. Some cards are direct drops from duty you get them anyway. And instead of discarding them *facepalm* why not sell them to that npc at the triple triad card hall in the golden saucer?

It’s normal to receive a Xande card for every alliance run? My friends all say they don’t get them.

I want to clarify I receive them 100% of the time, there has never been a run where I have not received one

They are very common to drop i would say, guess you have been lucky

I understand that but to receive them every single run for 6 months is a lot of luck.

I have enough MGP to last a lifetime but limited inventory space for cards every duty roulette I run

Most Triple Triad cards are personal loot that drop directly into your inventory. They do not drop at all until you unlock Triple Triad at the Gold Saucer and that will be why your friends don't get them. They are RNG, so you have probably just been lucky.

You can sell them for MGP or just discard them.
