Reaper Starter Jewelry at Level 70?

My friend just unlocked Reaper and got the weapon and armor, but no jewelry. Do they not give you that when you first start?

They don't, and I don't think any of the job quests do that. They should get the ilvl 400 accessories from the poetics merchant in Kugane, right by the Aetheryte.

There's never any jewelry as there's none that's job specific.

Nope. No job hands out the accessories at unlock.

For level 70, the Augmented Scaeven gear from Rhalgr's Reach is the best bet, if your friend has cleared the main story of Stormblood (the vendor won't unlock until after clearing the Royal Menagerie trial).

If they cannot get level 70 Accessories with tomestones, you can always do Heavensward and Stormblood hunts for Centurio Seals which can be turned in for old Stormblood tomestone gears even before beating 4.0.
