Since ffxiv implemented the steam merge account with the ffxiv launcher, Steam overlay and Steam Screenshot stops working, the newest steam overlay patch fix doesnt work. changing the hotkey does nothing.

I've been tinkering with this since few months ago but maybe I'm the only one having this bug cause I've seen no forum post about this anymore.

edit : yes it works in other games except ffxiv.
