Unable to Edit Adventurer Plate After Using Fantasia

Steps:
1. Use fantasia on any character with an existing adventurer plate to change both race and gender
2. Open Adventurer Plate, receive the prompt: "Your adventurer plate cannot be viewed by other players, because your portraits were reset after using Fantasia.
"* Make your plate public by updating its appearance or settings."
3. Attempt to change any aspect of the plate (plate design, character portrait, time online, interests)
4. Click "Save" on the aspect you are attempting to edit
5. Receive error "Plate could not be updated due to unfulfilled requirements. (5)"

Since using the free Fantasia that is awarded at the end of base ARR/2.0 and changing my character's race and gender (changed from M/Lalafell "Edo Elric" to F/Viera "Ren Hagane," in case that is relevant), I have been unable to edit my adventurer plate. Pre-Fantasia, I had an adventurer plate, but of course, needed to change it after, as it becomes unavailable to other players.

I attempted to update the plate to reflect the character's new appearance and personality, since the previous one was made with the personality of the character I was playing. But when I hit "Save," upon any edit, I am given the error "Plate could not be updated due to unfulfilled requirements. (5)"

The plate design specifically is the only thing that reflects my changes in the edit window even after I am given the error message and appears as if it has been changed. Though it still gives me the same error and does not save, it looks as if it does until the edit window is closed, which is odd.

The error has been happening, presumably, ever since I used Fantasia, though I did not try to view my plate until a day or so after the fact, and I have been periodically trying to change each aspect of the adventurer plate to see if it has righted itself, too. I installed new expansions when I completed 2.0 as well (every expansion past Heavensward), but I do not think this is relevant to the issue, as I see other threads from players having similar or the same issues due to Fantasia. So while both events happened at the same time, I am inclined to believe it is the latter that is causing it.

I have viewed these threads prior to posting, and each solution other players found (when one was found) has not resolved the issue for me, however. I tried the solution Sherufanir mentioned in this post, and even doing so with all of my registered gear sets, this did not resolve the issue.
Nor did the solution mentioned by Legacy772 in this post. I have logged in and out, as well as exited the game several, several times since the first instance of this issue, and even since trying Sherufanir's solution.
Due to this, it seems that me and MiriaWind are in the same boat, as can be seen here, with it being an ongoing, persistent issue, that we cannot seem to resolve.

I am formatting my PC soon, hopefully (but unlikely) tonight, which means I will be uninstalling and reinstalling the game and all the expansions. Hopefully this fixes it, and if it does, I will update. But it does not seem to be an issue with my actual game files, as far as I can tell, but rather an issue with my game data, which I... obviously need lol.

I am happy to provide more information to the best of my ability as well, if it is needed.

I just want my plate back please, lol.

So, I have formatted my entire system, and reinstalled the entire game. I backed up my character data via hard copy, and my system config data via server and hard data, and uploaded the back ups upon re-installation.

This entire process took me from 5pm PST to around 12am PST.
Upon getting logged back in and ensuring my layouts and configuration were fixed, I tried to edit my plate. It is now saving my changes, but this does not feel like a resolution to me. It should not take 7 hours of deleting and reinstalling data and programs (including others, not just this game, as I had no way of knowing if the game was at fault, free disk space, etc.) to make it so I can apply changes to my adventurer plate, just because I used a Fantasia which is awarded to each player upon completion of base-game.

I love this game. There's a reason I've spent so much time trying to resolve this. I am not condemning developers or anything of the sort, as I know they've got their hands full with some other (much larger) issues. However, I feel it needs to be made clear that the only solution that worked for me was 7 hours of moving, deleting, and reinstalling various files, programs, and other data, and that feels like a. Noticeable issue. And I feel it should be addressed.

This appears to be an issue only after the 6.2 patch according to other threads/comments about this concern, but another user said they had it happen to them without even using Fantasia. So it may not even be linked to that, it turns out.

My intent here is not to sound upset, or to place blame. It is only to provide as much information as I can in hopes of helping resolve this issue, so it hopefully does not affect more players than it (knowingly) already has.
I am glad I got mine working again, but frustrated that it took 7 hours and a system format to achieve, is all.
