I don't even think TBN is bad But Bloodwhetting is way better it's way more stacked, even if we ignored the Massive self sustain effect, which is good for autos, Dots ect. The 20% (OR 10% + 10%) and small shield is still pretty damn good at reducing damage. (but yeah 1600 potency heal on you and ANOTHER target aka nascent flash) isn't weak it really helps both tanks survive a lot better with the DOT effects.

Do I think warrior could have done with a little more? yes But I think it should be lower then any other tank (BY a very very small amount).
Bloodwhetting wouldn't work out mitigation wise for Drk/Gnb overall, stacking -% values reduces more value than it is actually intending 30%+20% only results around 40-45%. Drk TBN may have drawbacks but it pushes harder on raid buffs, taking advantage of an extra Edge charge, and avoids the % drawback. It works for Warrior since they only have Thrill which is basically selfish long CD TBN, and Equil. It has powerful self healing/HP increases in placement of damage reductions, it's pretty fair to be honest.
