    Issues with FPS since patch

    Since this patch I get below 60 fps in city areas. Since before today I was always ok. I run a rtx 2080 at low 2k (WQHD - 2304x1296). Always been great no issues anywhere. Always above 60 fps. I have tried raids and its fine its only in city areas. Anyone with same issue? (I have my Nvidia upgrades all done)
