yes i went into a practice group a few hours before so guessing that why i lost loot? :/

Yes, if you so much as enter a higher floor you lose the loot option from all previous floors. There’s a warning that pops up telling you this before you queue into a higher floor.

I’m not sure if the requirement to enter is have have beaten the previous floor at some point but you can’t just queue for 7s if you haven’t cleared 5s or 6s for that given week, someone who is at 7s has to queue you in to allow you to join.

I know about the requirement to have someone who beat the previous floors, I was just always under the impression that one needed to clear the previous floors at least once to enter. TIL.
