Adventure Plate issue

Since i used a Fantasia i cannot set an adventure plate.

When i try to save a portrait i get the error:
Plate could not be updated due to unfulfilled requirements. (5)

No matter what i do i cannot save the portrait and activate the adventure plate. Every time i open it i'm met with the pop up message:
"Your adventure plate cannot be viewed by other players, because your portraits were reset after using Fantasia"
When i try to update my portraits the above mentioned error appears and i cannot proceed.
I've seen other thread's suggest that the issue is linked gear set, but i do not have any linked gear sets.

This is going on for 2/3 weeks now as i fantasia-ed shortly after the 6.2 update.

I know you made this post on the 13th, but I just made one now and mentioned/linked your post in mine, as well as others, in hopes that having more than one post of someone who has an ongoing issue with this and has tried the solutions found by other users will maybe bring attention to it? I also used more of the template (maybe it'll help?), and left it at the top, as I do not know how particular the mod team of the forum is, and wonder if that is why this thread has gone unnoticed, as well, as I feel it would be sorted into "Not a bug," by now at least, if it wasn't an issue.

Since the template defaults at the beginning, maybe they expect it to be there, and glazed past this post because it is not? I'm not sure! It's weird either way, but not having may plate is getting frustrating, and hopefully something gets done, even if it's just someone recommending a solution that does work for us, as I have yet to find one.

I have managed to resolve it on my end, but it is not a happy answer. I literally had to format my entire system and reinstall the game (along with all of my other programs, and back up all of my important files elsewhere to ensure I didn't lose them).
This did fix it, but it took me a whole 7 hours to achieve. I replied to my own post with more detail/explanation, but as I said I would update if I found any solutions, I wanted to hold my word on that!

Here's hoping you are able to find a less extreme solution than the route I had to take.
