Since 6.21 went live, Dynamic resolution now causes micro stutters.

    Anyone else experiencing this?

You may want to post this in either the Technical Support section of the forum, or file it as a Bug Report in the relevant section! You're more likely to find help there!

If you do, please post your full system specs over there.

And, if you are using a 12th gen Intel, make sure you set the games affinity to P-cores as it's known to microstutter on E-cores. Also, do a defrag if you use spinning disks (not needed for SSD).

You're right, obviously. I just wanted to see first if this issue is isolated or not.

Same problem. Maybe it is now working properly and is just ... aggressively trying to manage the resolution at an insane pace, causing massive frametime issues?

I thought the same, more prevalent in 4k I noticed.

At minimum, a setting such as dynamic resolution ought to let us choose:
1.) What frames ought it target
2.) How aggressive, how often can it change the render resolution

This current state of the setting is bad, is it even targeting my native resolution and my native refresh rate?
What is it doing? Is it changing the rendering resolution EACH FRAME, completely destroying it ability to keep up a good frametime? Does it even work above 60hz?
If it was made with the Playstations in mind, it ought to know how to handle 4K, but probably not high refresh rates.
