Area and coordinates: pandaemonium eighth circle instance (savage and normal)

Steps:
Loading into both versions of the eighth circle of pandaemonium (recent raid) and experiencing stuttering/poor framerate performance in atleast the first phase, havent been able to progress because of this to the second phase. Tried to change graphic settings such as LODs on, dynamic resolution(before and after 6.21 fix) and draw quality too, but the problem remained.
