Another Patch another middle finger to DRKs

With a random PUG run an expert dungeon as a Drk, run an under 70 dungeons as a Drk, re do it as a War then come back with the sarcasm.

The Sarcasm on my part was that DRKs would rejoice to have their damage nerfed for that kind of sustain because in a raid environment damage is where it's at.
You can't have both. WAR has sustain which is amazing in dungeons but pitiful damage which is a big minus in raid content especially when a tight DPS check is involved. Pick your poison.
