


If you can't keep yourself alive in a dungeon I really don't know what to tell you



Dark knight?
DPS wise it's among the highest for a very flexible rotation.
Mitigation wise it has access to the very unique Dark Mind that works on... Almost all tank busters.
It has access to TBN, while tied to DPS resources, is an excellent tool.
Oblation is weak but its strength relies on its flexibility, if it was any stronger, it would be broken.
Living Dead is the second best Invuln.
If anything, it's the DRK that gives the middle finger to other tanks.
I agree that the rotation has many problems but the rest is chef kiss.


Yes, in savage raids they are good. but for the rest of the 99% of the content..........
Imagine buying a car that they say can do 0-60 in 2 seconds, but only on a specifically flat track on specific weather conditions, then when you're driving on the roads it handles like a bag of crap. That's the equivalency here.
War's and Paladins getting locked out, only very specific groups are doing this. I feel for paladins they've been brutalised so many times they need some love, WAR's however, remember when a WAR solo'd P1 like a week after release?!



Savage and Extreme*
The remaining contents in this expansion are:
-Dungeons
-PvP
-Treasure maps
-Hunts
PvP has its own balancing, dungeon don't need much balancing, if you struggle in dungeon you can simply pull smaller packs. But DRK has no troubles going through wall to wall pulls.
Treasures maps are easy, hunts don't need job balancing.
If you wanna be a tank, dps and healer just go Gunbreaker, its what I did and don't regret it.


Wall to wall as a Drk is a sweatfest in alot of dungeons, especially the experts which is what you do the most of.Savage and Extreme*

Last time I said DRK should be buffed for dungeons, I was told it was a skill issue.
The past is prologue


I'm all for a dark knight rework but at the same time, it's not even a major content update patch, Paladin and warrior needed to be addressed.
Dark Knight while not fun to play (In my opinion it's one of the least fun tanks right now) Is still pretty good in raids, I'm all for a dark knight rework, mainly from a rotation standpoint for me, I feel like it needs to be more of a dark magic tank, shouldn't be a paladin copy either but It really should fit it's class fantasy more, I'd also like to see some defensives changed, given *Some* self sustain, not warrior/pld levels but it would be fun if drk got some "drain" mechs, I'd still like dark knight to be about big protective barriers (this time it doesn't punish your dps!).
Yeah I don't think dark knight design wise generally has been in a great spot it feels like they slapped on big numbers so less people would complain.
