This is part of why enimity management is important, if everyone doesn't play their jobs properly and tactically use their range of skills you will die. It forces considered play.The only issue with healing in Savage is that it's a group responsibility but groups don't see it that way. DoT tankbusters, aoe bleeds and boss autos are mostly trivial in a group that all use their full mitigation kit, but a nightmare in a group that doesn't. And PF usually doesn't, they see healing as the healers job and mitigation as optional.
