Please let us craft beer and wine

Please let us make beer and wine with CUL. We have tons of tea, a few coffee, and a couple juice options, but sometimes my WOL wants a nice glass of wine with his roast ovim or a pint with his fish and chips. There are so many references to alcohol and drinking in this game, not to mention the Realm Reborn Red and the tabletop wine item, that I'm having a hard time thinking of a reason why making wine and beer isn't a thing.

As someone who visits and hosts restaurant RP venues, having to give a customer juice or <insert name> water, pretending it's wine or beer, is a bit jarring.

    Beer and cheddar soup
Dry white wine or port fondue
    Steak and ale pie
Cheese, fruit, and charcuterie plate with wine

    Dangit...now I want a beer.

Could be a legality issue in certain countries so to stay on the safe side they just avoid letting players "drink" entirely (see also, no actual gambling in the Gold Saucer.)

I have it on good authority that Cunning Craftsman's Draught is 5.3% alcohol by volume.
The good authority being my imagination.

That's what I originally thought as well, but we can buy or make at least three different wine items in the game: Realm Reborn Red, Cooking Sherry, the red wine table set, and Sour Red plus the Frozen Cocktail. It likely is a legality/jurisdictional issue of some sort, but dang if it isn't a bummer.
