Cryptlurker's Accessories of Casting Coffer poofed

Server: Famfrit/Primal

I purchased a Tales of Adventurer III for Summoner and when Sub Menu=>Used the accessories coffer, the icon instantly disappeared without a cast bar or item use animation. There was no "you threw away" item in my chat log. It just poofed out of existence.

I don't even think I had any of the items in question to make it kick back for a duplicate item. But I can't really offer much in the way of proving the item bugged out instead of being used or disposed. I tried to use it around 12:10AM on Sept. 3, 2022 Eastern US (New York) Timezone.

I sorted the inventory to see if it would refresh inventory and come back, I logged out and back in to do the same, but no dice. Moogle Mail has nothing for me.

This sounds more like a bug and less of a technical issue.
