Just because someone can sit there and make militia swords next to the bazaar when i go to bed, and they are still making the swords when i wake up the next morning in the exact same spot eventually trading in all their items for 1.5 million points doesn't make them a botter.

1.23 really should be 1.25 in my view, those lettered patches are almost numbered ones in content

The major difference is psychology.

Calling today's patch 1.22b gets the reaction "Wow, that's a lot."

Having had called it 1.23 would likely have gotten the response "That's it?"

People complain that Galkas lost their tail when they became Roegadyn, but in reality it just moved somewhere you can't see.
