Honestly if we had Beastmaster I'd personally would prefer a limited job with a Pokemon like mini game.
Square Enix already did a few with Dragon Quest Monster Joker for example.

A job with an Arbalete would definitely interest me.
Only and only if it comes with a ranged role rework to make them appealing.
