    Groove

Groove is the thing that had me stuck and now I understand you need to raise up groove before you schedule an 8hr high popularity item. Groove is gained properly on 4hr high popularity efficiency items, the 1st row being useless because the 1st row generates no groove. Therefore for the 1st two days use 4hr items that are high popularity or highest possible. Once your groove gets to above 30 go ahead and schedule the high popularity 8 hr starting day 3 to 5 to finish out the week. To recap the 1st 2 days are groove raising days using 4 hr same category items that give efficiency. Day 3 to 5 when groove is at it's highest schedule an 8 hr high efficiency item and items that give it efficiency. I got the Chopper and you guys are going to like it.

It isn't efficient to use 8 hr high popularity items to raise up groove only use 4 hr.

Depending on how supply is fluctuating, it might be worth crafting high value items before the groove level is maxed because items seem to only peak in value once a week by dropping to insufficient/nonexistent supply, then go back up to sufficient even without any input on your end.

no, you can use predicted demand to predict what the beginning weeks high popularity will be this is why you can schedule up to two weeks in advance. We are given the predicted high popularity with predicted demand of the next week.

Holding off on making that item that shows Insufficient supply on reset day until you max out your Groove isn't going to do much if the supply changes to Overflowing by that point.

I'm wondering if any one has figured out how much value Groove actually adds yet to total value. If it represents a percentage equal to Groove, then a Very High popularity item could very well be worth more on day one if supply ends up inflated at the end of the week when Groove is max. That's probably a question best answered by those that have been compiling the data to create the workshop solver spreadsheet.

Use an item that has high popularity and high predicted demand because high predicted demand is the high popularity of the next week. With this item it doesn't matter what the supply does because its going to be high popularity next week because of high predicted demand.
