If you read other parts of the article, it also sounds like the live demo was played at a higher graphic setting.

Just be patient, people! Seriously QQing because of 8 or so pictures seems TOO premature if you ask me. And there is actually more than enough evidence to support that these pictures are in fact set to standard settings, as almost every game play picture and even promotional videos of primal and dungeon battles are set to standard quality settings at low resolution.
