We are supposed to get bonuses when a friend subscribes for 270 days but we cant find any option for him to do that. We went to Gamestop and they said that wasn't an option. So my questions are... do we have to get a game card or can he do this with a credit card through the mog station. Can he get 6 months and then later get 3 months? How do we get the max subscription rewards when subscribing for 270 days isnt an option that we can see?

You will have to wait for the friend you recruited to play long enough. I just gave my codes to random people on the forum (nowadays Reddit, I think) and one day the reward was in the mail.

6 months is the max someone can subscribe at one time, so they would have to do 6 months and then an additional 3 after a few months have elapsed off of the subscription as trying to add more after the initial 6 months won't work. You cannot get all the rewards at once.

As for payment, yes, you can pay on the MogStation under your account by credit/debit cards, or by buying the crysta amount for the tiers by card. I don't think game time cards go up to 180 days, just 60.
