I'm sorry to hear about this error you are experiencing! When you had initially crashed, was there an error message that appeared then? Did the crash send you back to desktop or to the 'Start' screen of FINAL FANTASY XIV? The error 10105 could be caused by an improper disconnection from the servers during gameplay. Due to this, the servers might still recognize the character as being logged in, which could be the reason as to why you are unable to login. If it has yet to resolve on its own, it may take some time for the server to recognize that the character is logged out. However, once it has, you should be able to log in as normal.
