Throwing in my experience as well. Reset my router, modem, computer, even reinstalled FFXIV, made it an exception to everything that mentions firewalls or scanning, I have no third party antivirus installed currently, and literally nothing works. My husband, who plays on PS5, started having the same problems at the exact same time, but everything indicates there's nothing wrong with our internet. We're also using Spectrum in Texas, however I don't have a VPN so I unfortunately can't test being in another location.
