I did, but I also wonder how effective that can be since they're obviously not afraid to lose several accounts if that means they can bot spam thousands before being removed.

There isn't really anything they can do outside of deal with those that are reported. Any links taken down can just be remade elsewhere, any accounts can be remade with the free trial, IPs can be changed with VPNs. All that we can really do is just report and not click on them.

the report is mostly to lock the affected account down, so that whoever was affected can claim it back. also the links get taken down regularly, these people are just fast at bringing them back up.
