FFXIV Storyline (Dialogue) Qualitative Research

Hello, y'all!

I wanted to see if anyone would have any suggestions of where I would be able to go to look for either some sort of script or a collection of the text from the main scenario quests in-game. I'm a Ph.D. student and looking to do qualitative research (for a class) on the thematic underpinnings of hope within FFXIV's Endwalker and Shadowbringers expansions.

I didn't know if anyone here would know of the place to find this information or had an idea of where I could go to look.

Your best bet would be https://ffxiv.gamerescape.com/wiki or https://garlandtools.org/db/.

You'll need to search by quest but your in game journal should have the name of every completed quest.

Note that Garland Tools only has unvoiced dialogue, as voiced cutscenes are stored differently.

I believe that Gamer Escape is manually adding cutscene scripts but may not have completed the project yet.
