Callback Campaign - Invited Player Not Receiving E-mail

A few members of my FC have encountered an issue where invites are sent to players that haven't subbed in well over the requisite time, yet they don't receive the invite e-mail. We've checked last date of sub and e-mail addresses, and both seem correct.

Is there a backlog for invite e-mails to go out or have we failed on some other criteria we're missing?

I have this issue was well. I sent an invite to a friend that hasn't had a sub in over a year. They tell me that they haven't received it either.

Unfortunately as we've seen in previous callback campaigns SE don't send the emails straight away. They seem to group all the emails together to send them in batches every few days.

So unfortunately nothing they can do but wait (and don't forget to check their junk mail folders).
