    I would also love it to be toned down slightly. It can be adjusted without losing the oomph. I think Garuda's fine, but Titan and Ifrit are almost competition to RDM LB3.

    I also agree that the summoner Titan ability is a bit too flashy as well; as others have already said, but I'll add to it - especially when there are multiple summoners in one group or even alliance raids, it becomes a bit too much for my liking. So many summons, so much flashy ooo pretty lights. I already think the summoning of the primals over and over again in a repetitive manner is a bit annoying as it is. The brightness or excessiveness of some of the primals abilities can be toned down just by a tad bit; doesn't have to be by much, just a little.

    SMN effects scalar when? I don't want to remove everything minus Healer bubbles just so I can see mechanics properly whenever I have a SMN in my groups.

    A flash grenade only makes the room bright for a few miliseconds, but the effect of them can easily last several seconds after that. Thats how it can disrupt vision (and therefor mechanics).

    And it differs a lot per player on how flashy it has to be to become disruptive. Yet there is nothing you can do to get around it. Even if the flash isnt blinding, it can be enough to make your brain struggle to notice contrast changes.

    (and yes, a flash grenade is the excessive case, but flashy effects still behave in a similar way)

    It's awful. The bright light from Titan makes it really hard to see AoEs on the floor, and Ifrit's animations were misery during P3 because a lot of his attacks look like the Phoinix's spell animations. If I could subdue the lighting on these, I'd do it in an instant.

    It should have a command to make the titan/ifrit/garuda spawn animations slightly more crystal clear.

    Having to turn off effects because abilities are too flashy sounds like it's too flashy. I dunno, just an opinion.

    Edit: This only occurs mostly with summoner - Titan.
    We shouldn't have to turn down effects for everything just for a single ability, that's asinine.
