My mansion is decorated expertly by me. It is different, stylish, and looks like mansion decorations should be. It is not prefabbed by a so-called specialist who cuts off 1/2 the building to make intricate design you can't change because you spent to much gill paying so-called specialist.

I think that list comes from a housing discord which updates availability regularly.

Demolitions don't work as intented. There's a plot right next to mine that's literally empty. The person who won simply wanted to do it to brag about it, so they put a bench, an aetheryte and called it a day. It's been like that for months now. Even with the timer on, these people just make sure to go into their house once every 30 days or so to keep it.

And if you dont care to make an Alt FC for a House (you can leave it open to visit it with your main) there are around 200 open plots for FCs still open on Shiva (mostly Empyreum)

The EU will get a new logical datacenter. So there will be 8 additional worlds and this should lower the competition for houses.

This won't work. Since the house size is determined by the size plot. Plot sizes are fixed to the map size. To expand these plots to accommodate for a large home, would mean the map would have to change drastically. They would have to expand the whole map size and redo the maps for each ward. That's a lot of work I don't think they are willing to do without looking at more sensible solutions first.

While this is true, this made me wonder if the apartments could be modified to be like this. At least add a small and medium sized upgrade. This could help with demand for smaller homes at the very least.

I don't see why they couldn't when it comes to apartments or rooms. Like adding a second floor would be nice. As long as it doesn't effect the outdoor ward map.

I don't understand why you want a house with island sanctuary's available? I have a mansion and a level 65 workshop and I spend most of my time on the island. If I had to choose between the two I'd pick the island.

Right now, the islands aren't customizable. No way to make them uniquely yours. Your Island looks pretty much like my island and everyone else that has one. There a difference in a house and the huts you have on your island. Don't get me wrong I like the island, but it's not like having your own house where you can customize it with your own style and taste.
