Sounds like a problem with the boxes cwl. Have you tried leaving the boxes cwl, getting an invite to the one you want to join, then get reinvited to boxes?

Probably should also ask if both cwls are on the same data center. It's possible to join other data center cwls now and your list will change based on what data center you're on.
