Abyssos eighth circle Frame Rate issue on ps4 console

Camera movement while stationary doesn't have any problems for me, but as soon as my character starts moving I get the chugging-style frame rates. It's been this way since launch and is the only fight I can think of like this.

Update: P8s normal and savage is without any stuttering/fps drops anymore hurray! Thank you for fixing it!, this is coming from a PS4 player!.
