I like the cheesecake to be quite solid rather than melty.
By leaving it in the fridge for about 1hr extra, it obtains a very nice durability making sure it doesn't entirely crumble when you sink your spoon into it.
This is also ideal for when you would like to sauce it up with chocolate or other flavored creams/jellys. I recommend some cold raspberry jelly just slightly coating the top of the cake itself.
Why would they release it on the wiiU? Why would anyone buy the wiiU? Why are we talking about the wiiU!?
I'd consider buying it if I could play all my Wii games upscaled in HD(like Dolphin), if they'd just do a massive dump of their NES, SNES, N64, GC, and Wii catalog on the Virtual Console and finally create full unified accounts between all their current hardware(Wii U, 3DS), embrace digital distribution or at least let me install games to an HD WITHOUT having to have the disc in the game(serious kick to the balls from MS, that was), much better online integration, communities, etc., and really make good on their deal of getting great 3rd party support.
A lot of those things in terms of online they've started with the Nintendo Network and the 3DS, but it all needs to be on par with or better than what the leader(Xbox Live) is capable of. I'd also prefer if the online space was as unobtrusive as possible(why am I paying $60 or so a year for XBL Gold if I'm going to be riddled with ads everywhere?).
In my opinion, Nintendo has really been the only platform maker to really try to innovate and shake up the gaming space in the last 7 or so years, whereas Sony is cool with the status quo(they're good at it for the most part at least), and all MS wants is to take over your living room in any and every which way possible, however even with a laundry list of quality first party titles, Nintendo still has a relatively low market share among "hardcore" gamers. I think the Wii U is another attempt at shaking up the gaming space, but they REALLY need to at least be up to speed with their competitors, if this new HD Wii is to be the big deal.
I think if all the conditions are met, FFXIV could do well on the Wii U.
I agree Malakhim, but again this isn't about the PC. It's about the game running with the wii-u's controller which I think would be great. If it was just about me wanting to play this game from my couch I would be doing it already. Like I said they originally intended for the ps3 and xbox360 to have the game. So they knew their limits from the start. The new engine is supposed to be scalable for lower end PCs(and consoles) and higher end PCs to both take better advantage of the game. Its a wider user base.
I owned the PC and ps2 version of FFXI. I would be on PC and my girlfriend behind me on the bed on the ps2 version. It was fun. I am not concerned about one version having worse graphics, I dont really care about the graphics all that much... I was thinking the unique controller could make it a lot of fun to play with. I already have a keyboard and mouse, and a ps3 controller. So I already have THAT experience. I would like to have the other.
