Cannot play game due to constant DX11 crashes

Have you tried running the system display at 60hz in Windows (OS)?

And in the game set it to 60FPS, play a bit and see if it crashes.

Apart from removing GFE completely and using just the native Display driver for the 2080 Ti to test if it conflicts, so you can rule it out, you might be out of luck!

Tried uninstalling GFE and then doing a clean install of the driver only. No change in the crashes. I also set the frame rate to 60, but that didn't seem to change anything.

I also tried uninstalling all of the Razer software and that didn't seem to work either unfortunately.
