I would completely remove Nvidia Geforce Experience app too, and just download the RTX 2080 Ti driver from the Nvidia site and select "Driver only" on download option so you don't get the GFE app.

You could try installing the game on your OS drive as well if it still happens, drive C usually.
The game is actually on the C: Drive, I moved it over from F: due to seeing that suggestion elsewhere here. I don't know why it still shows F: at the top, but in the actual process information you can see it is running off of C:

I tried turning off the Steam overlay, but no noticeable difference. It's obviously hard to tell since the crashes are semi-random, but they are still happening. I would prefer not to uninstall Geforce Experience as I find it very useful. If my only choices are no Experience or no FF14, I'll probably just unsub from FF14.
