Physick proper scaling to INT would have very niche usages, for example... Dungeon run, shite hits the fan, healer dies and tank's HP is plummeting. You got that Swift Raise but those seconds of wait can mean the tank with their tools on cooldown. A couple of (properly scaled) Physicks can save the wipe.

Another example: it can be a really good survivability tool for the next Deep Dungeon.

It wouldn't be as useful as Vercure because of the dualcast potential, but it can be in a pinch.
