    I'm using a Table Orchestration to play music for my visitors..
    Which of the two option will visitors hear when they enter my apartment? The playlist or the Estate BGM?

    What you hear is what they'll hear. You'll have to right-click on a song and choose Play All or Shuffle once you finished making a playlist.
